NON-COMPETE PHYSICAL RETAIL ITEMS

POLICY # 003: It is the Chamber of Commerce’s mission to support the village businesses and economic growth regardless if they are a Chamber member. As a policy, all vendors, contractors, and booths that participate in any Chamber related event that is hosted in CHDBD (as defined by Village of CH zoning boundaries) must not sell items or services on the Non-Compete list developed and updated by the Chamber on a yearly basis.
