SUBJECT: AWARDING MEMBER SPONSORSHIP
POLICY: The Chamber adopted a policy and procedure for awarding sponsorship opportunities that are fair, objective and all inclusive that supports the Clarendon Hills Chamber of Commerce mission.
PROCEDURE:
Equal Opportunity - All sponsorships will be awarded on a first come, first paid, or first serve basis.
Notification - All sponsorship opportunities will be initially announced to all members via email.
Payments - All members must pay for sponsorship opportunities on our website using credit or debit card. (No checks)
Yearly Limits - The Board reserves the right to implement a yearly limit on how often a member can purchase an ongoing sponsorship opportunity. Any limits, if any, will be spelled out on each sponsorship description.
Splitting Sponsorship - The Board reserves the right to consider splitting a sponsorship opportunity on larger ticket items if there are multiple members who want to take advantage of it.
Sponsorship Drawing - The Board reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to determine the awarding of a specific sponsorship.
Board Advantage - The Board or officers will not have an advantage when obtaining a sponsorship opportunity.

POLICY: The Chamber adopted a policy and procedure for offering promotional opportunities that are fair, objective and all inclusive that support the Clarendon Hills Chamber of Commerce mission.
PROCEDURE:
Equal Opportunity - All promotional opportunities will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis unless the Board opts to conduct a drawing for a specific promotional opportunity.
Notification - All of our promotional opportunities will be initially announced to all members via email.
Payments - For paid promotional opportunities, all members must pay for sponsorship opportunities on our website using credit or debit card. (No checks)
Yearly Limits - There may be a yearly limit on how often one member can purchase or participate in an ongoing promotional opportunity. Any limits, if any, will be spelled out on each promotional opportunity description.
Splitting Promotional Opportunities - The Board reserves the right to consider splitting a promotional opportunity if there are multiple members who want to take advantage of it.
Promotional Opportunity Drawing - If there is a limit on the number of members that can take advantage of a specific opportunity, the Board may decide to conduct a random drawing to determine the awarding of a specific promotional opportunity.
Board Advantage - The Board or officers will not have an advantage when obtaining a promotional opportunity.
