About Clarendon Hills and our Oktoberfest:

The 2024 Clarendon Hills Chamber of Commerce Oktoberfest will mark the event’s third year. An event designed to encourage attendees to explore the businesses throughout our downtown. Bringing a small town energy with skill games, a bag tournament, live music, and of course, beer!

Downtown Clarendon Hills is home to restaurants and some retail. Having additional unique shopping opportunities at our events is a consistent resident request.
Clarendon Hills is ranked on Niche.com as the #1 in Best Places to Live in Illinois, and #3 in Best Place to Raise a Family in America. Our residents are discerning consumers and look forward opportunities to buy the best.
Our Village is home to roughly 4000 households and Oktoberfest attracts attendees from many western suburbs, especially neighboring Hinsdale and Westmont. Learn more about Clarendon Hills here.
We run a small weekly Farmers Market and our Farmers Market Vendors return year after year, many saying it is their most profitable market. We strive to create a selling experience to be welcoming, enjoyable, and profitable for our Vendors.
Clarendon Hills is home to shoppers. Our returning vendors have described our market as “small, but everyone here is BUYING.”
The Clarendon Hills Chamber is committed to providing a whole community experience and try to include attractions to draw customers such as live music.

Vendor Fee Structure:

$100.00 deposit is required for the event. The deposit will be returned after the event with compliance of the vendor agreement.
If approved as a Vendor, a signed Vendor Agreement along with online credit card Vendor deposit payment is required before participation in the Market.

Vendor Guidelines:

No multi-level marketing or affiliate marketing products are allowed.
All venders are required to carry business liability insurance and the Clarendon Hills Chamber of Commerce and the Village of Clarendon Hills must be listed as additional insured.
